I'm afraid if your registrtation process requires a video and/or a pictorial guide of how to register your products, you are doing something wrong. Massively simply the registration process.
I don't see why so many people are complaining about the difficulty of the registration process. I followed the directions in the readme file, and it was a piece of cake!
